Methodology

The best opportunity to save our clients time and money is in the pre-construction phase. Maximum value is achieved when decisions are made prior to construction. These critical decisions are the foundation on which the construction phase is built and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is often established.

Corey-Built plays an integral part of the pre-construction team, and will create a smooth transition from the pre-construction phase to the construction phase of a project. Through the use of our CoreyPro® system, we take the lead on coordinating regularly scheduled meetings, facilitate open communication through transparent documentation and maintain a functional, cohesive team throughout the duration of the project.

Pricing the project at various stages of design allows the client and project team members the opportunity to alter the scope as necessary to maintain the project budget. Options and recommendations are offered to the owner providing value without compromising the integrity of the project.
